Customers often ask us what format we require for their logo or artwork when designing custom barcode keytags. In fact, we accept many formats – and probably the easiest thing is to submit what you have and we will let you know if it isn’t usable!

Some of the more common file formats we see include: eps, pdf, jpg, tiff, psd, & ai.  You should avoid using files that end in bmp, gif, and png.  While these file types are fine for web and electronic media, they are not typically usable for print media such as keytags.

Remember, the higher resolution your artwork is, the better your custom keytags are going to look.
